Our standard production time begins only after we receive your official order payment and your final, written artwork approval.

Stock Apparel & Gear: Standard customization generally takes 7 to 10 business days from final proof approval to completion.

On-Demand Company Stores: Items fulfilled through your custom online storefront are prioritized for ultra-fast processing and often ship out within 72 hours or less.

Custom Sourced Promotional Products: Unique promo items or large bulk factory orders may require extended production lead times. Your representative will explicitly outline these timelines on your initial invoice.

Production Spoilage & Overrun Policy

Custom commercial printing and high-speed embroidery involve complex machinery setups. Because of the technical nature of decorating fabrics, minor industrial variations can occasionally happen during a production run.

Standard Industry Allowance: Gotcha Marketing maintains a standard 2% to 5% spoilage allowance per run.

How It Affects Your Order: While we always aim for 100% perfection, we highly recommend ordering a few extra pieces if you need an absolute, exact count for a specific event or a strict uniform headcount.

Our Resolution Promise: In the rare event that damaged or misprinted items exceed our standard shop allowance, we will automatically credit your account for the unusable garments or arrange an immediate replacement batch.

Shipping & Handling

We coordinate shipping logistics daily to ensure your finished orders arrive safely at your office, facility, or job site.

Fulfillment Logistics: We ship the vast majority of our commercial bulk orders via UPS Ground or FedEx to guarantee reliable tracking and secure handling.

Online Store Drop-Shipping: For our Online Company Gearstore clients, we offer direct drop-shipping straight to individual employee homes or distinct sites.

Local Pickup Available: If your business is located right here in the Jacksonville area, you are always welcome to bypass shipping fees entirely and pick up your finished boxes directly from our Beach Boulevard facility!
